Happy Healthy Home

Norfolk Learning Difficulties Service are holding a series of Information Fairs around Norfolk in January and February 2008 aimed at providing information to people with a learning difficulty, carers, friends and family around staying safe and healthy within their own home.

Information will be provided which could be useful when considering a move.  Being well informed is a good way of reducing some of the anxiety around such a big change.

There will be information on health and nutrition, bogus callers (trading standards), fire safety, the police service, council information, assistive technology, Pact, recycling, energy efficiency as well as information from Norfolk Learning Difficulties Service.  There will also be workshops to get involved in.

The events will be held as follows:

Norwich City College - 17 January, 5 - 7pm

Lynn Sport, Kings Lynn - 22 January, 1 - 4pm

Dereham Football Club - 28 January, 10am - 1pm

The Kings Centre, Gt Yarmouth - 4 February, 10am - 1pm

North Walsham Community Centre - 15 February, 10am - 1pm
