Ways we can help you

• You can talk confidentially to someone who understands your situation and wants to help you.

• We are here to listen before you reach crisis point.

• You don't need to wait until you have a problem - we would like to hear about your caring situation and and tell you more about our service.  That way, you'll know more about us if you need us.

• We can provide information about local services such as financial help, getting a break, help with shopping or gardening, access to equipment, befrienders and Carer support groups.

• We can put you in touch with specialist organisations relevant to your needs.

• We can help by providing assistance in an emergency.
