Our Promises

  • We aim to answer your call within five rings.

  • Our standard is to acknowledge letters and emails within two working days, and contact you with a full response within five working days.

  • If we do not have the information you require, we will obtain it and call you back at a time convenient to you.

  • We will not pass on personal details without your knowledge and/or consent.

  • Calls to the Helpline are free from all landline telephones and the majority of mobile phones (check with your service provider before calling).  Telephone numbers do not register on any equipment we may hold and your call will not be shown on your telephone bills.

  • Your call to the Helpline will be treated with sensitivity, in a polite, helpful and efficient way.

  • If you have a comment, suggestion or complaint about our service please either email us on norfolkcarershelpline@crossroads.org.uk or write to the Helpline Co-ordinator, Norfolk Carers Helpline, PO Box 154, Norwich, NR3 4EZ.
