Are you a Carer?

 

A Carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid help and support to a relative, partner, child, friend or neighbour, who cannot manage of disability, illness or frailty.

 

You may be a carer, know someone who is or feel that someone will need your support in the future.

 

There are many services designed to make life easier for Carers, but it can be difficult to know who to contact for what. 

 

Crossroads Norfolk Carers Helpline is there to offer you information and point you in the right direction, we can also offer you a listening ear and emotional support.  This website is intended to explain who we are, how we can help and ways to contact us.

 

Caring can be tough and at times you may feel the need for help.
